Venn Group are currently supporting an ambitious Housing Association who are recruiting a Credit Controller to join their team. You will be responsible for ensuring income is maximised across the organisation in an accurate and timely manner.

Contract:         3 months

Rate:              £30,000 (equivalent)

Duties:

  • Ensure overdue income is effectively chased via phone, email or letter
  • Deal with queries from tenants in a timely manner
  • Maintain inboxes and keep the database up to date
  • Assist in the allocation of cash and other payments
  • Accurately reconcile accounts
  • Assist with any other ad hoc duties

Experience:

  • Experience within a Housing Association / Not-for-Profit organisation is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
