Venn Group are currently supporting an ambitious Housing Association who are recruiting a Credit Controller to join their team. You will be responsible for ensuring income is maximised across the organisation in an accurate and timely manner.

Rate: £30,000 (equivalent)

Duties:

Ensure overdue income is effectively chased via phone, email or letter
Deal with queries from tenants in a timely manner
Maintain inboxes and keep the database up to date
Assist in the allocation of cash and other payments
Accurately reconcile accounts
Assist with any other ad hoc duties

Experience:

Experience within a Housing Association / Not-for-Profit organisation is preferred
Excellent communication skills
