Industrial Electrician II

The Just Recruitment Group Ltd is currently recruiting for an industrial electrician for their client based in Stowmarket, Suffolk.The Industrial Electrician will normally work Monday to Friday rotating shift pattern, with the following hours: 6:00-14:15 & 14:00-22:15The company offer:* Competitive salary of £41,643.18 rising to £45,590.71 when competently at the level of a Senior Industrial Electrician.* Annual bonus of up to £1650.00, paid in quarterly installments.* Defined Contribution Pension scheme with an employee contribution of 3% and a Company contribution of 8%.* 26 days annual leave rising to 30 days with continuous length of service, plus bank holidays.* Private Medical benefit which includes EAP and reimbursement for certain medical charges.* Excellent sick pay scheme.* Working for a very successful business in an exciting global industry.Duties include but are not limited to installation, maintenance and removal of electrical components within the industrial and office environments of the site, performance of advanced troubleshooting for complex industrial automation systems and design of simple electrical installations. This position is based around maintenance, fault-finding, installations & testing, working under minimal supervision and reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor. The firm is looking for a highly skilled, qualified electrician, ideally with industrial experience, who is looking for a new challenge as part of a multi-skilled maintenance team. This position would suit somebody who also has an interest in working with heavy machinery, as well as welding and fabricating techniques. In-depth on-the-job and external training will be provided, the job role is based in a large, well-equipped workshop with a wide range of tools and equipment (CNC Plasma, lathe, mill etc).Essential Position Requirements:* Level 3 Diploma in electrical installation, inspection, testing certification and reporting, or equivalent.* 3 years' experience working in the industrial electrical field.* Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standards.* Familiarity with interpreting risk assessments.* Ability to interpret electrical diagrams.* Experience working with 3-Phase electrical supplies.Desired Position Requirements:* GCSEs in mathematics/engineering/physics.* Previous experience working in a multi-skilled industrial setting.* PLC & industrial controls experience* Inspection & Testing (2391 or equivalent)* Previous experience in fault-finding on PLC equipmentFor more information on this position, please contact Just Recruitment Group Ltd on telephone quoting job reference 913550.Please note that if you have not been contacted within 7 days, your application for this position has been unsuccessful.
