Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Planning Administrator to join our Support team. This role will focus on coordinating and planning activities to support the Co-Ordination Manager and the broader team, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and Coordination Support: Assist in planning activities and managing schedules.
  • Training Program Management: Oversee on-site training operations, including compliance reports and training records.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organise meetings, take minutes, and track action points.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Gather and analyse data for MOC and GS2 reports using Q Pulse / CMMS.
  • Team Administration: Maintain holiday spreadsheets, time sheets, and perform general administrative tasks.
  • Asset Management: Maintain various asset registers.
  • Contractor Management: Update contractor safety data and conduct inductions.
  • Collaboration: Support site-wide initiatives.

Requirements

  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and occasional extended hours.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurate record-keeping and minute-taking skills.
  • Presentation Skills: Confident in presenting information in meetings.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential.
