Compass Point Recruitment is seeking a professional Engineering Team Leader to manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and departmental targets are met. The role includes overseeing proactive and reactive maintenance, leading a team of skilled engineers, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality maintenance services.
- Plan and schedule maintenance using CMMS (AGILITY).
- Monitor team performance, identify improvements, and ensure safety and compliance.
- Manage contractors and ensure engineering standards are met.
- Provide training and support to enhance team performance and development.
- Oversee engineering projects, including equipment overhauls and process improvements.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and inventory management.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Qualified in an Engineering Discipline (Level 3).
- Proven experience in electrical and mechanical engineering.
- Previous experience in a similar role (FMCG experience is advantageous).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with CMMS and scheduling tools.

This full-time, permanent position follows Panama shifts (Day & Night), from 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM and 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, with potential flexibility.
The role averages 42 hours per week.
