Warehouse Administrator£12.25 per hour Monday to FridayFull timeTemp to Perm StowmarketOn behalf of our client based in Stowmarket we are searching for a Warehouse Administrator to join a small but very welcoming team on a temp to perm basis. The successful candidate will be managing the link between the sales and manufacturing teams and will be performing a wide variety of administrative tasks in support of factory operations. Main duties or responsibilities:• Responsible for processing sales orders from quotation through to manufacturing• Operating and coordinating the Dispatch system• Processing purchase orders • Handling the logging and input of labour hours and payroll information• Stock Control procedures• Liaison with & support external sales team• Recording, handling & collating of customer complaints/queries• Factory contact liaison for customers and colleagues alike• General reception, clerical and telephone duties• Ad hoc administrative duties Key Skills: Essential-• Excellent attention to detail • Good general PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)• Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to communicate at all levels• Good written communication skills and high attention to detail • Ability to work to targets & deadlines• Team player prepared to learn and participate in new initiatives• Punctual & reliable attendance with dedication to task completion• Ability for efficient & effective time management & task prioritization Desirable-• A knowledge of JDE or similar order processing system• Proven experience in a busy office environment• Adhere to Company audit requirements• Enthusiastic approach to learning and developing new skills• General understanding of administration systems & procedures If you are interested in this position, please apply with a current CV or contact the Bury St Edmunds office for more information.
