IFA Wealth Manager near Stowmarket needs a good administrator

We are looking for a candidate who can deal with the administration of new business including keying the online applications and added to the back office etc. Also, the ongoing servicing requirements and review administration and reporting for the existing client bank. We would want a candidate who is able to produce review reports, conduct research and potentially deal with the research and suitability for new business.

Current set up is Office manager and two senior administrators and in paraplanning team, one paraplanner and trainee adviser/paraplanner and one adviser/paraplanner.

There are two director advisers, two self-employed advisers and the hybrid/paraplanner advisers detailed above.

  • The ideal new team member is an experienced administrator who can also manage some of the role which currently sits with the paraplanning team. The ideal candidate would be one that wants to remain in an admin/paraplanning role rather than one that is wanting to progress to an advising role.

Salary would be dependent on experience ( c £35,000) and happy to support the successful candidate through qualifications.

22 days annual leave allowance ( plus 3 extra days at Christmas when the office is closed making 25 days) plus bank holidays.
