This is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-profile charity based in the East Anglia region, making an immediate impact.Position: Head of OperationsLocation: East Anglia (flexible working options available)Start Date: Immediate or available on short noticeYour new roleThe Head of Operations is responsible for the leadership and performance of the IT and Facilities teams in ensuring all systems, sites and environments are compliant, safe and maintained to the highest standards. As a Head of Operations you will seek to provide practical and innovative solutions to existing and new business initiatives, in line with the organisational strategy. The role will lead corporate business resources to ensure our support services are safe, effective, compliant and efficient.

  • Management information
  • Service delivery
  • Team Management/Business Partnering
  • Strategy and planning

What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this job you will require:

  • Degree level or equivalent qualification
  • Extensive senior management level experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Substantial experience and success in leading and managing various projects and budgets, capital expenditure and tender processes
  • Implementation of the findings of service reviews and complex operational plans, including creating and monitoring KPIs and producing various reports
  • Experience of delivering transformational change programmes and an ability
  • Extensive experience of operating within a business partner model, working with stakeholders to create positive business outcomes
  • Experience of working with Senior Managers, Directors and CEOs
