As they continue to expand and grow their presence in the marketplace they are now seeking a driven and ambitious QA Manager to join their business.Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:* Oversee the quality, safety, legality, and integrity of our product range, ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).* Implement and enforce factory-related QMS policies through regular audits and coaching sessions.* Manage and mentor Quality Assurance Assistants, providing guidance and support.* Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and communicate resolutions in a timely manner.* Develop and implement preventive measures from factory, internal, and third-party audit findings.* Document, communicate, and investigate non-conforming materials, including raw materials, packaging, work-in-progress, and finished products.* Coordinate with the Pest Control Provider to maintain documentation and plan corrective actions from site visits.* Maintain and test physical traceability systems in warehouse and factory environments to ensure efficient operations.* Ensure calibration and availability of analytical equipment for product and environmental tests, managing repairs and replacements as needed.* Complete scheduled validation activities, including CCP, pre-requisites, and allergen management.This business are unable to offer sponsorship for this position so full working rights in the UK are required.If you believe you have the skills and personality to fit these requirements please either apply via this advert or call Henderson Brown on for more information.
