Stafforce have fantastic opportunity working for our client, PPG, a leading Global Paint Manufacturer in our colour Department for a Refinish Coatings Lab Technician.

Location: Stowmarket, Suffolk, UK

Salary: 13.78 PH

Job Type: Full-time, 2 shifts rotation (first week 07:30 - 16:00, second week 14:00-22:00)

We are seeking a Refinish Coatings Lab Technician to join our world-class company, supporting some of the most prestigious automotive brands in the world. You will become part of a small and dedicated team, working in a customer service-focused environment where meeting deadlines and being flexible is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality refinishing coatings samples
  • Maintain laboratory equipment to a high standard
  • Collaborate with the Colour Matching team to ensure targets are met
  • Provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Complete tasks within tight deadlines

Requirements:

  • No previous experience is required as full training will be provided
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
  • A positive and flexible attitude
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
