Day-to-Day of the Role:

Ensuring daily deliveries and collections are completed accurately and efficiently.
Inputting bookings into transport software (TOPS).
Handling incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
Managing sub-contractors and customer accounts effectively.
Maintaining operational software with precision.
Performing additional tasks and duties as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of UK geography.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a distribution environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Quick and efficient problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
