A thriving and excellent independent prep school in East Anglia (Cambridgeshire/Suffolk borders) are seeking a KS2 class teacher to start as soon as possible. The role is initially a contract role, but can become permanent for the right person.

This independent prep school firmly believes in making learning as enjoyable as possible and to create an environment whereby pupils and teachers work together in a happy, family atmosphere. There are high expectations throughout and the school strives to achieve academic excellence whilst giving the children memorable experiences along the way. The Head wants every child to enjoy school, to be supported in their learning and to be valued as individuals.

The Head is currently seeking an excellent KS2 classroom teacher to join their team. They are looking for a dynamic, personable, friendly and caring character who will work alongside colleagues in helping all pupils to achieve their potential. The successful candidate will have proven experience of delivering high quality lessons and developing strong and positive relationships with pupils. You will have experience of teaching a KS2 class.

This role can be full or part time, but if full time, the successful candidate will need to contribute to the wider life of the school through sport or extracurricular activities.
