The client is renowned for their commitment to excellence and innovation in the industry, transforming architectural concepts into reality.Your new roleAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will be integral to managing costs and contracts for prestigious fit out projects. Your key responsibilities will include preparing cost estimates, conducting valuations, managing subcontractor accounts, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, preferably with commercial fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
