A market-leading independent estate agency is seeking a Senior Sales Valuer for the West Ipswich and Mid Suffolk areas due to expansion.
The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Residential Property Listing and offers a competitive basic salary with a realistic OTE of up to £50,000.
Key responsibilities include generating valuation leads, attending property valuations, and securing new instructions while maintaining high customer service standards.
The position offers career progression, ongoing training, and support, with a 5-day working week and every other Saturday off in lieu.
Candidates must have expert local knowledge, strong communication skills, and a full UK driving license with their own vehicle.

Due to expansion, our client, a market-leading independent estate agency, is currently seeking a Senior Sales Valuer to cover the West Ipswich and Mid Suffolk areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Valuer who is looking to progress their career with a well-established, market-leading agency.

As a Senior Sales Valuer your key duties of this role will be to generate valuation leads, attend property valuations, and secure new instructions, all while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

The successful Senior Sales Valuer will be offered:

Working hours:

Monday to Friday
Every other Saturday (a day off in lieu of every Saturday you work).

Senior Sales Valuer requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Residential Property Listing
Expert local knowledge
Highly driven and motivated
Well presented with a confident manner
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
The Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are a must
