This specialist supplier are located in the outskirts of Stowmarket and are on the hunt for a MIG welder / fabricator to join their expanding team as they see increased demand for their products!
The starting salary for this position is circa 14ph+ with the opportunity to progress after a successful 3 month probationary period.
Welding Duties Include:
- MIG welding of stainless & mild steel components
- Basic fabrication of the welded elements
- Preparation of stainless and mild steel ready for welding
- Quality checking after welding to ensure a clean finish
- Working to tight deadlines
Additional experience working with sanders, drills and wrenches would be advantageous to the role as there may be an element of production work.
You will need a drivers license and own method of transport due to the remote location of this company.
This role will be working 08:00 till 16:00, Monday to Friday.
