Electrical Engineer

We are recruiting for an Electrical Engineer looking to join a dynamic heavy industrial manufacturing environment. Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking an electrical engineer to join their team. As an electrical engineer you will perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on electrical and mechanical equipment. Ensure minimal downtime by attending to breakdowns and implementing preventative maintenance schedules. Fault-find and repair three-phase electrical systems, motors and inverters. Skills required for Lead Engineer:

  • Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including three-phase motors, inverters, and control panels.
  • Ability to perform basic mechanical tasks as part of a multi-skilled role.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and equipment reliability improvements.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations within a manufacturing setting.
