Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our passionate and driven team based at 80 Victoria Street, 2Nd Floor, London

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls quickly and efficiently and supporting our customer service team.
  • The first point of contact for meeting and greeting clients and staff.
  • Provide clerical support to the Manager and when appropriate, to other staff, including diary management and ad-hoc duties.
  • Manage switchboard, general inquiries, telephone, and receive emails.
  • Assist in meetings by recording minutes and distributing them to all participants on time.

About You:

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
  • Experience in administration, reception or customer service functions would be beneficial.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent organisation, verbal, and written skills.
