Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the menu
Assist in planning and developing new dishes and menus
Ensure food is prepared and presented in an aesthetically pleasing manner
Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and sanitation
Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff
Manage and train junior chefs
Ensure stock levels are maintained and orders are placed as needed
Monitor portion and waste control
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills
Relevant culinary qualifications or training
