Job Purpose
- Assist on audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance at every step
- Report directly to Managers and Directors, ensuring expectations and deadlines are being met
- Build strong rapport with clients, proactively handling queries and problem solving
- Deliver a strong understanding of risk management during audits, with a critical eye to ensure accuracy
- Keep up to date with changes to regulations and emerging trends that could impact the audit function
- Coach junior staff by reviewing work and skill-sharing across the department
- Autonomously manage your own workload

Job Requirements
- ACA / ACCA qualified, part-qualified or studying
- Good working knowledge of relevant software including Xero, SAGE and MS Office
- Excellent understanding of UK GAAP/FRS 102
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management and a positive, can-do attitude when working under pressure
- A team player who is eager to support the wider team
- Ability to build enhanced relationships with clients and colleagues alike
- Self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to manage own workload
- Keen to progress within the firm and learn from an experienced team
