Senior Digital Engineer

Are you ready to bring innovative digital solutions to life in the world of construction and engineering? We're on the hunt for a talented Digital Engineer who is a Virtual Design and Construction Specialist to join our clients team in Stratford on a permanent basis.

In this role, you'll leverage ProjectWise Explorer Model to:

• Create construction methodology visuals, including plans, cross-sections, and 3D images.

• Integrate with P6 Programme to identify constraints and challenges during phased construction, enabling seamless migration to end-state design.

• Update models with as-constructed information, including:

• Services encountered and retained.

• Decommissioned or removed services.

• Newly installed services.

• Collaborate with supply chain partners to integrate as-built information into models.

• Assist the document controller by visually representing project locations and quality inspection coverage to flag discrepancies or missing documentation early.

• Proven experience in engineering or design, ideally within Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) environments.

• Hands-on expertise in BIM, GIS, and drone technology is a big plus!

• Leadership skills to manage workloads across a small team while working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.

• A proactive approach to mentoring junior team members and driving team success.

• Exceptional communication skills to connect with both technical and non-technical audiences.
