Are you an ambitious Architect ready to take the next step in your career? Join a small, friendly architectural consultancy located conveniently near Stratford-upon-Avon, with easy access just off the M42.
This role will suit a motivated and skilled Architect who is passionate about growing their career and contributing to a dynamic, supportive team. This role provides the opportunity to work on an exciting variety of projects, including domestic and residential schemes, small-scale developments, industrial and commercial properties, community facilities, sports venues, and heritage sites.
You will ideally be proficient in Revit, and worked in a variety of projects, an experienced job runner and able to take a project from Inception through to completion.
Requirements:
- ARB / RIBA registered with UK based experience
- Up to date on all UK building regulations
- Diverse portfolio
- Strong design skills and job running experience
- Worked across all RIBA stages
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe suite
- Able to produce specifications and manage the tender process
- Able to work on multiple projects at different stages
- Excellent communication skills
- Full driving licence and own vehicle
