Architectural Technologist

Our client is a well-established architectural firm based in Stratford, specialising in a diverse range of commercial projects, industrial, hospitality, and retail developments is now seeking an Architectural Technologist or Technician. Our client offers a salary of up to 50,000, hybrid working, employer pension scheme as well as friendly and supportive working environment!

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced and Revit proficient Technologist or Technician to join a friendly team committed to design excellence and sustainability as well as grow within the company.

• Manage building control queries and maintain organized project documentation
• Maintain architectural plans, specifications, and survey notes systematically
• Conduct site inspections and assess project progress
• Participate in project meetings, providing technical insights and updates
• Develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications using Revit

• Proficiency in Revit
• At least 3 years of experience within commercial sectors
• Highly organised, motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Basic knowledge of BREEAM is desirable

• 40,000 - 50,000 salary (D.O.E.)
• Hybrid working (2 days WFH)
