The role is ideal for someone with previous experience within Legal Aid to ensure understanding of Accounts rules & Legal Aid.
This role is paying up to £35,000 depending on experience. You will be responsible for Client & office accounts, Creating reports & Billing & Invoicing.
Full responsibilities include -
- Maintain Ledger ensuring compliance of transactions
- Processing receipts
- Weekly & Monthly bank reconciliations
- Financial reporting, bank reconciliations aged debt for management review
- Billing & Invoicing
- Document preparation for internal & external Audits
- Commercial & residential payment reconciliation
- Handling expense claims
- Providing Management information reports
Previous experience with Legal Aid or as a legal cashier is crucial for this role.
