Summary: An enthusiastic Outbound Sales Development Representative with experience in cybersecurity or investigative services sales development. This role is ideal for individuals eager to advance their careers in cybersecurity sales. You will collaborate closely with dedicated Account Managers to identify and generate new business opportunities across our comprehensive service portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect Engagement: Initiate contact with potential customers, making a positive first impression and establishing the foundation for long-term relationships.
- Outbound Prospecting: Identify and qualify prospects through various methods, including phone calls, emails, social media and innovative approaches.
- Market Research: Identify key decision-makers within target accounts and coordinate with the sales team to strategise outreach.
- Campaign Development: Create and implement strategic outbound campaigns to generate interest and secure meetings.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and manage leads within the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and our product offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
Qualifications:
- Experience in cybersecurity or digital or SaaS services sales development.
- Proven success in cold calling C-level executives.
- Competitive, results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Resilient and proactive, with the ability to handle rejection and persist in outreach efforts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and engaging prospects.
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience in account planning and persona mapping.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues.
