We are seeking a Carpenter Multi Trade for repairs on social housing properties in Warwickshire.
Candidates should have experience in carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and other relevant trades.
The position requires a clear criminal record and the candidate must have their own van.
The salary for this role ranges from £21 to £23 per hour, with additional fuel expenses covered.
This is a long-term contract offering 40 hours of work per week.

We are currently looking for a Carpenter Multi Trade to carry out day to day repairs on social housing properties around Warwickshire.The Carpenter Multi Trade will have to complete repairs using their skillset, which should include:

Carpentry
Plumbing
Patch plastering
Tiling
Other trades you are competent in

I am looking to speak to a Carpenter Multi Trade who:

Has experience working on social housing contracts
Has their own van
Has a clear criminal record (DBS checks will be required)

In return, the Carpenter Multi Trade will receive:

£21 - 23 per hour
Fuel Expenses
40 hours per week on a long term contract
