The chef we are looking for will have experience gained in busy restaurants, hotels, pubs or contract catering operations.

It will suit someone looking for a great work life balance and a lovely company and bunch of people to work for.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and cook the all fresh regularly changing menu
  
• Work alongside and support the senior chefs - run shifts
  
• Maintain high standards
• Help to order stock and control wastage
  
• Work closely with the FOH team
  

KEY EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES

• Experience as a chef in busy restaurants, pubs, hotels, contract catering operations etc
• A hands-on approach
  
• Passion for cooking with fresh produce
  
• A positive and outgoing personality and outlook
