Youll need experience within high-volume restaurants, managing large teams and overseeing busy services. As Head Chef you'llbe the heartbeat of the kitchen, supporting, training and developing the junior chefs.

What are we looking for in Head Chef candidates...

Excellent length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
At least 3 years at Senior Sous or Head Chef level
