Reed Marketing & Creative are working with successful and growing small business in Stratford; who are looking to employ a superstar Marketing Manager for the business!

This role can really be what you make it and can evolve in many ways; it collaborates with one member of the team specifically but will take direction from the Owner. There are a few areas that this role will have some immediate need but if you have the right energy and ideas then it could become so much more!!

Some of the duties include:

Events management and attendance
Campaign management from ideation to completion and ongoing edits
Open and grow all social media accounts
Transform video and photo into amazing marketing content
Come with passion, energy and drive and there will be lots more on offer

The business are one of the first in the country to be selling a product differently; and it is all about how to take that to market. They have initial ideas but if you have more then bring them along!!!

You will get to work on paid and organic social, transform content to amazing marketing and branding; as well as coordinate and work on loads of events! You need to be able to speak to people easily; whether clients, the internal team or potential new business.

To be successful in this role you will have some digital marketing, copywriting/content experience, social media exposure and if you have ideally touched on events. You will have a real sparkle in your eye and be able to work as part of a small team. You are down to Earth and don't take yourself too seriously able to bring some laughs to the office as well.

Salary is up to 35k. This is an office based role in Stratford upon Avon.
