Pioneering technical design from the infancy of their journey, our client is a specialist drylining contractor who operate exclusively on design and build contracts within commercial, hotel, education and healthcare projects.
Due to a significant demand in BIM modelling through Revit from their main contracting clients, together we are searching for a BIM Manager to manage the Revit design team. You will be responsible for ensuring the BIM Models are fully compliant and compatible with other subcontractors, as well as following the main contracting design specification. Effectively leading the team and managing BIM models, across multiple projects. As the BIM Manager you will also be responsible for ensuring the project programme and schedule are up to date.
You will have a keen eye for detail to pick up any mistakes or anomalies in the models made by the team of Revit Technicians. You will coordinate the meetings with all associated partners and stakeholders in the design and construction process. You will also be required to draw BIM models and make amendments / updates from time to time, however you will have the technical support of a team of Revit engineers to do the majority of this work.
Our client is looking for an Expert user of Revit and a proven track record in drawing BIM Models for interior fit out projects, ideally within drylining and ceilings.
