Role Overview: As the Finance Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving the financial success of the business. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing monthly payroll and VAT returns.
- Preparing insightful management packs and monthly accounts.
- Conducting variance analysis, budget reviews, and providing essential data for decision-making.
- Collaborating closely with the management team to support strategic goals.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience with the Sage accounting package is essential for this role.

- Based in Stratford-upon-Avon, with a flexible approach to work-life balance.
Salary:
- Paying up to 50k, with a discretionary bonus and usual benefits
