Role Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Working Foreman to oversee and participate in the complete fit-out of a newly constructed SIP panel home. This is a hands-on role, requiring a proactive individual with strong leadership skills, the ability to manage trades on-site, and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality finishes.



Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Working Foreman or Site Supervisor
  • Carpentry or General Builder background
  • Experience in new builds and fit-out projects
  • SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work hands-on while managing site activities
