SF are thrilled to be working with a fantastic financial services business who are making some exciting changed within their HR team. We are looking for a Talent and Leadership specialist to come and join this expanding team.
This role is a key cog within the business and will be supporting the execution of the companies talent and leadership strategies, focusing on leaders and the businesses potential talent pool. The role will involve guiding the development and implementation of the talent and leadership frameworks in order to build effective pipelines and hold resilient succession plans. We are looking for someone who has previous experience in;
- The full talent management cycle from planning to acquisition,
- Developing and managing talent
- Identifying leadership development as well as designing and imputing programmes
- Designing and delivering leadership solutions
- Expertise in talent mobility and succession planning
- CIPD qualification - desirable
- Psychometric training - desirable
This is a highly strategic and fast paced role who is ideal for someone with a mixed background of L&D, HR, Talent and OD. Someone who will thrive in a ever-changing and growing team and is keen to drive change and be innovative. We are also looking for someone who is able to be highly collaborative and who can build and sustain strong stakeholder relationships.
This role is a hybrid role 2/3 days in the office the rest from home. Up to £55K salary depending on experience plus a generous bonus structure and pension scheme as well as additional benefits such as life assurance, health and well being and more.
