Key Requirements:
- Telemarketing/Sales Experience:Proven background in telemarketing, direct sales, or internal account management.
- Analytical Approach:Ability to identify the correct Point of Contact (PoC) and gather essential information.
- Professional Communication:Experience engaging with directors and key decision-makers.
- B2B Knowledge:Preferably experience in the telecoms industry.
- Personable Demeanour:Professional and engaging approach that resonates with clients.
- Technical Proficiency:Competent in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
Role Overview:
- Engage with Clients:Reach out to existing (70%) and new (30%) customers, arranging meetings for BDMs and account managers.
- Coordinate Meetings:Qualify and book meetings, ensuring the field sales team is fully equipped.
- Lead Campaigns:Manage targeted campaigns, focusing on ISDN/PSTN decommissioning.
- Expand Opportunities:Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Educate Clients:Provide information on the full range of services post-acquisition.
- Support Administration:Assist with meeting setup, daily tasks, and administrative support for the field sales team.
- Whitespace Management:Maintain data accuracy, ensuring client information is up-to-date, including addresses and service records.
- Identify New Opportunities:Recognise and act on potential opportunities within our existing customer base.
- Performance-Based Rewards:Successful generation of new or existing opportunities that lead to closed deals will be rewarded with commissions.
