Are you currently searching for an opportunity as an Electrical Technician?

Expleo are keen to keen to speak with experienced individuals looking for an exciting new challenge! The successful candidate will carry out automotive vehicle electrical support, including preparation, building, reworking and fault diagnostics within a Research and Development environment. Expleo can offer both contract (inside AND outside IR35) based in the Warwickshire area.

Responsibilities:

  • To investigate and diagnose electrical issues, using diagnostic equipment.
  • Support Testing in static and dynamic conditions to gather accurate, timely, and quality test data/results
  • Analysis of faults to effectively report issues to relevant areas of production and engineering.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Fundamental understanding of vehicle dis-assembly, assembly, & maintenance techniques
  • Vehicle system knowledge with the ability to fault find components and wiring.
  • City & Guilds / BTEC / IMI Level 3 would be preferable within automotive engineering OR a recognised apprenticeship or qualification within a relevant field.
  • Ability to read and understand detailed circuit drawings.
  • Familiar with Word and PowerPoint for report writing
