We are recruiting for an experienced JIB Electrician to join a growing team in a well established company looking to expand. This company manage a large portfolio of residential property, commercial property and new projects throughout London.
Your role will be to help the team with the maintenance and servicing of the domestic properties throughout East London. Including instillation, servicing and repair works. On occasion this will be a customer facing role, so communications skills and polite mannerism is essential.
Mon-Fri 08:00/ 09:00 -17:00/18:00 flexible
Duties will include:
- Emergency call out, out of hours for our portfolio, only if our maintenance team can’t resolve, must be flexible to cover on occasion.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
- Diagnose electrical problems and implement appropriate solutions
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to electrical codes and regulations
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an electrician or in a similar role
- Knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and equipment
- Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina
- Good communication and teamwork skills
