Akkodis are partnering with a highly reputable client in the Financial Services/Insurance sector on the expansion of their Talent Acquisition Team.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Consultant who is able to design and deliver a recruitment strategy to attract exceptional talents, qualify candidates to understand competence for specified roles demonstrating an excellent candidate experience by managing the complete vacancy lifecycle promoting our client throughout as a 'Great Place to Work' in order to secure the best talent.

The successful candidate will have the following background:

Extensive proven recruitment experience with the ability to evaluate credible candidates effectively.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills with the ability to converse with a variety of candidates across different sectors.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidates at any one time showing excellent organisation skills.

Excellent influencing and negotiation skills ideally demonstrated through offer management or supplier negotiation.

Experience of working with recruitment systems (i.e. ATS) maintaining a high level of data integrity.

Experienced in the use of social media to converse with candidates and promote an excellent employer brand.

The ability to research and assimilate key information.

Knowledge of relevant UK Employment Legislation.

Previous experience of recruiting within Financial Services or management consultancy desirable.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team within a fast-paced environment.

This is for a maternity cover, therefore the initial duration of the role is 6 months and there is scope that the role will be extended. The role has been deemed inside IR35 and the team require someone who can work on site 1 day per week in Stratford Upon Avon (they will consider twice per month if you are based further afield) and 4 days from home.
