Our client, a leader in their market, is looking for an FP&A Manager to oversee financial planning and analysis processes, ensure the integrity of financial forecasts, deliver robust financial insights, grow their career, and thrive in a diverse and supportive environment that values unique contributions and rewards exceptional performance.

Key responsibilities of the FP&A Manager:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Creation of Power BI dashboards to encompass KPI and reporting objectives for the year
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and performance monitoring.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Key essentials of the FP&A Manager:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
- Advanced Excel, Power BI and financial modeling skills.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
