2nd Line Support

This is an amazing opportunity to work with our amazing client based in Stratford-Upon-Avon to work with their amazing team to help grow with their IT Department.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Systems Administration: Perform installations, updates, and maintenance to prevent service interruptions and ensure optimal system performance.
  • IT Support: Handle 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support for technical queries, resolving issues promptly and escalating serious concerns when necessary.
  • Supplier Liaison: Coordinate with external suppliers regarding hardware, software, and services, staying informed of supplier updates.
  • Documentation and Training: Create user-friendly training materials, document processes, and maintain accurate service desk records.
  • Project Delivery: Support technical projects, analyse business problems, and recommend solutions to improve IT performance and prevent issues.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal departments to ensure IT needs are met and involve users in relevant projects.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of all data accessed, stored, or processed.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to changing business requirements, including occasional travel and out-of-hours work.

Requirements and Experience:

  • Minimum three years’ experience in IT role
  • Experience producing training materials; user guides, etc.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Office 365 products and capabilities
  • Experience in IT Training and delivering knowledge in a professional environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Business / Process analysis skills.
  • Communication / Team player.
