Very competitive salary, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours Flexible start times e.g. 0800 to 1600, 0830 to 1630 or 0900 to 1700

Administrator Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Administrator to join our team. Ideal for someone with an open mind, looking for a varied role, providing administrative support and assisting with day-to-day tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of call for incoming telephone calls.
  • Taking charge and handling of spare parts orders and quotations.
  • Processing invoices and actioning emails.
  • Dealing with custom documents and clearing for importing and exporting.
  • Filing, photocopying, scanning, and organising documents.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintaining office supplies inventory.

Support Staff:

  • Assisting team members with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Coordinating with other departments and assisting with inter-departmental tasks.
  • Setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments for visitors.
  • Reception Duties - Greeting visitors and clients, ensuring they are attended to promptly.

Data Entry:

  • Entering information accurately into company systems and databases.
  • Assisting with the maintenance of company records.

Ad hoc Duties:

  • Assisting with special projects or tasks as assigned.
  • Contributing to team meetings and sharing feedback to improve operational efficiency.
  • Helping in the warehouse to send consumables to customers.

Administrator Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • SAP knowledge is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proactive, willing to learn, and takes initiative.
