Salter Grange is looking for an experienced M&E Design Manager to join a landmark project in Stratford Area. This prestigious development combines high-quality residential living and essential amenities.

Key Responsibilities
As the M&E Design Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of this landmark project, ensuring that all mechanical and electrical aspects are designed to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Design Management: Lead the M&E design process, coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design meets client specifications and project requirements.
  • Technical Oversight: Review and validate all M&E design documents, ensuring compliance with current regulations, industry standards, and project objectives.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with the construction team to integrate M&E systems seamlessly with the overall build, addressing any design challenges promptly.
  • Client Liaison: Maintain strong communication with the client, providing updates on design progress and addressing any concerns or queries related to M&E systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure that all M&E installations meet the specified design and performance criteria.
