We are recruitingfor an experienced Multi Traderto join a growing team in a well established company looking to expand. This companymanage a largeportfolio of residential property, commercial property andnew projects throughout London.
Your role will be to help the team with the maintenance and servicing of these properties, travelling mainly throughout East London to pre set workon bothresidential and commercial properties. On occasion this will be a customer facing role, so communications skills and polite mannerism is essential.
You must have experience in construction maintenance, and have worked on the tools for a minimum of 5 years.
Duties will include:
- General repairs
- Basic Plasterer
- Basic Tiler
- Carpenter/multi
- Basic Plumber/multi
- Groundworker/Labour
- Floor Layer
- Basic Electrics
