Housing Maintenance & Construction Specialist, carrying out multi trade works in a professional manner. Contracts are Essex OR North London.
The Role
- Carpentry (Must have a carpentry background)
- Fencing, replacement of rainwater goods, overclad window repair
- Brickwork, plastering, painting, rendering
Skills & Experience
- Level 2 NVQ Carpentry
- Full UK Drivers License
- Social Housing experience preferred
- CSCS Blue Card or higher
