Hybrid, full-time ongoing temporary position based in Stratford-Upon-Avon, offering up to £18/hour depending on experience.

Are you a PA looking for your next step? Would you like to work for a nationally-recognised firm, providing both PA and project support? Then this could be the role for you! Based in Stratford-Upon-Avon, the successful applicant will be working alongside the Head of Projects; providing PA support as well as assistance with projects.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Diary and inbox management, including scheduling meetings and drafting presentations
  • Designing meeting agendas and creating action points, updating databases as required
  • Covering PA duties for other directors when required, for example due to staff sickness
  • Working closely with other PAs to ensure the smooth-running of the office
  • Providing IT support and covering board requests on an ad-hoc basis

Prospective applicants must have previous PA experience supporting at director-level, and be able to work confidentially with sensitive information. They must be proactive and forward-thinking, have excellent organisation and communication skills, and excel working as part of a team. Previous experience providing support within projects is desirable but not essential.
