The Role

As part of a dynamic team, you will support the administration function of the HR department, ensuring all aspects of HR administration are handled efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Managing HR-related administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintaining and updating records in the online HR database
  • Preparing employment contracts and letters, sending them via Docusign
  • Drafting and sending correspondence for various HR-related matters
  • Ensuring accurate documentation in employee files
  • Keeping HR databases up to date
