The Role
As part of a dynamic team, you will support the administration function of the HR department, ensuring all aspects of HR administration are handled efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Managing HR-related administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintaining and updating records in the online HR database
- Preparing employment contracts and letters, sending them via Docusign
- Drafting and sending correspondence for various HR-related matters
- Ensuring accurate documentation in employee files
- Keeping HR databases up to date
Requirements
- Previous experience in office administration
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail
