SF are excited to be working with a fantastic financial services business who are looking for a Talent & Leadership Specialist to come and join their expanding team.

This role will involve guiding, developing and implementing talent management frameworks across the business. A large part of this role is based on identifying the growth needs of the SLT members within the business as well as overseeing the design and delivery of leadership development solutions that align with the companies culture and overall objectives. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to drive the strategy and frameworks and will be able to provide consultancy and strategic support to business partners to embed these frameworks.

Key Skills/ Experience:

- Strong relationship building and collaborative experience - Proven experience working in a talent development and leadership - Deep understanding of the end to end talent management cycle (planning, acquisition, onboarding, retaining and transitioning talent)- Experience in designing and delivering leadership solutions - Strong experience in talent mobility and succession planning

Desirable skills: - Coaching / mentoring qualification - CIPD level 3 or higher - Relevant sector experience is ideal but not essential

Package: Up to £55K annual salary + Bonus + generous pension scheme. 80% hybrid working pattern with the rest in the office based in Stratford Joining an expanding team - potential for further career development
