The job is for an experienced IT Support specialist with a law firm.
This is a permanent hybrid position requiring 3 days a week on-site work.
The salary for the role is up to £35,000 for the right candidate.
Candidates must have strong 1st/2nd line support experience and familiarity with Windows Server, AD, and Office 365.
Experience in the legal sector and knowledge of basic networking and legal tech is desired.

The role is a permanent position that is hybrid (3x days a week on site) with a salary of up to £35,000 for the right candidate. The role is an IT support role, whilst you will be responsible for 1st/2nd line support activities you will also have further exposure to Networking and other 3rd line activities.

- Must have strong 1st/2nd line experience

- Experience with Windows Server, AD, Office 365 are essential

- Must have experience with Windows 10/11

- Knowledge of MS Azure is desired.

- Any experience with basic networking (VLAN, Router Configuration) is desired

- Experience with legal tech such as Case Management, Practice Management, Digital dictation software is desired
