Senior Town Planner

Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be supporting a family-run, multi-disciplinary consultancy in their hire of an ambitious Senior Town Planner to their dynamic team in Stratford-Upon-Avon!

My clients' key sectors are education, healthcare, and residential, with the caseload largely made up of a mixture of immediate and strategic planning consultancy work.

The successful candidate will be a fee earner for the Town Planning Consultancy team and will have current experience in submitting, managing, and successfully achieving planning permissions, as well as experience in fee delivery.

Skills and experience required:

  • RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or equivalent qualification.
  • MRTPI Chartership or working towards.
  • Understanding of land planning law and planning policy.
  • Good negotiation skills and experience I delivery
  • Experience in residential, healthcare or education sectors.
  • Good IT knowledge.
