My client, a Legal 500 tiered firm, are looking to add a Property Litigation specialist to their highly regarded team based in Stratford upon Avon.I am looking for a driven and personable legal professional to work alongside experienced and knowledgeable solicitors on a range of property dispute matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor, still relatively early in their qualified career, to take on an interesting and diverse caseload whilst benefiting from the supervision of some of the most experienced property litigation solicitors in the region.A typical caseload will consist of:
  • Commercial landlord and tenant, including lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
  • Residential landlord and tenant, including possession claims
  • Rights of way, adverse possession and restrictive covenants
  • Beneficial interest claims
