Scheduling Officer

A leading UK-based field services company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Scheduling Officer to manage and oversee visit scheduling and warrant applications. Based at the Head Office, this hybrid role offers the flexibility of working 2-3 days in the office and the remainder remotely, ensuring a balance of collaboration and independent working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage scheduling for all visit-related activities, ensuring timely allocation and completion.

  • Administer the recruitment and setup of field agents, including ID cards and system maintenance.

  • Monitor and action postcode allocations, transfers, and agent work reallocations.

  • Liaise with field representatives, engineers, locksmiths, and third-party suppliers.

  • Schedule and manage Rights of Entry Warrant applications and executions.

  • Ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and completed on time.

  • Provide support and guidance to field agents to help them achieve targets.

  • Produce and distribute management information (MI) reports as required.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

  • Monitor and maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.

  • Identify potential risks and escalate any scheduling issues proactively.

Requirements

  • Strong IT and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
