Service and Repair Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a Tech Service Engineer who will play a key role in providing repairs, technical support and training at our site in Stratford upon Avon.

Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum

Benefits: 23 days holiday + bank holidays, employer pension contribution, and an early finish on Friday.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMand Friday: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training on devices, both on-site and remotely.
  • Manage and organize training sessions, keeping track of participant records.
  • Perform repairs and servicing onproducts, including fault finding and component-level repairs.
  • Ensure service and repair processes are efficient and meet company standards.
  • Handle customer queries, providing technical support by phone and email.
  • Maintain and monitor loan equipment, ensuring it's ready for use.
  • Work with internal teams on technical issues and participate in regular service meetings.
  • Complete necessary administrative tasks using company systems.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar service or repair role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Technical ability to diagnose and repair at a component level, with training.
  • Proficient in using computer systems for service and repair records.
  • Experience in a regulated industry is a plus.
  • UK driving license required.
