Facilities Manager – Exciting Opportunity with a Tier 1 Contractor on the TfL Framework

Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for a dynamic role with a leading Tier 1 contractor? We’re seeking a talented individual to join our client’s team, working on the prestigious TfL framework. Based out of their Watford offices, you will oversee the effective management of key projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management and maintenance of properties within the TfL framework, ensuring Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and additional tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, contractual policies, and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to deliver excellent service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct monthly audits and prepare performance reports for senior management.
  • Lead a team of engineers and contractors, ensuring they deliver services on time and to a high standard.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Facilities Management, ideally within a contract management or large-scale infrastructure environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with clients and teams effectively.
  • A results-driven, hands-on approach, with excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
